The 360° resident record

Each resident has a unified record that groups every piece of information needed for their support. Data is organised in tabs to stay readable while remaining interconnected.

Identity and contact details

Name, date of birth, national register, ID document, language, civil status, personal and prior professional contact details. The record also includes contact persons (reference family member, person of trust, asset administrator) with their respective roles.

Medical data and health insurer

Insurer number, holder code, GP, usual pharmacist, allergies and history. The record prepares interactions with insurers and the generation of MyCareNet flows (eFact, eAgreement).

Contract and housing

Contract type (MRPA, MRS, short stay), entry date, assigned room, applicable daily rate, supplements, security deposit, advances. The record tracks the history of occupied rooms and contractual changes.

Katz rating is the core of INAMI funding for nursing homes. Resthome Suite natively integrates the Katz grid and its dependency categories (O, A, B, C, Cd, D), with full history and traceability of every assessment.

Care plan and vital signs

The medical module (resthome_medical) lets care teams build and follow an individualised care plan for each resident while tracing vital signs continuously.

Individualised care plan

Care goals, drug prescriptions, scheduled nursing acts, team rotation planning. Every performed act is timestamped and linked to the caregiver, ensuring full traceability for an AVIQ inspection.

Vital signs and monitoring

Fast entry of vitals (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, saturation, blood sugar, weight), graphical trend display, alerts on out-of-range values. Data is accessible to the GP via a dedicated access.

Pocket money and resident accounts

Resident pocket-money management is a sensitive area, both accounting-wise (transit accounts) and ethically (expense traceability). Resthome Suite handles it cleanly within Belgian accounting (PCMN).
