Resident-data migration, Resthome configuration (eFact, MDA, eAgreement), custom modules if needed, step-by-step UAT.
Go-live
Training of care, administrative and management teams. On-site presence the first week after switch, real-time adjustments.
Run
Evolutionary maintenance, user support, INAMI/AVIQ guidance, evolution requests. A structured quarterly review.

Do I have to sign three contracts?
No. A single Resthome framework contract with annexes per service — customer service, maintenance, custom development. You activate or deactivate at the service level.
Does custom development break maintenance?
No. We develop in separate Odoo modules (resthome_custom_*) versioned with your instance. The annual Odoo upgrade is tested on your custom modules — no surprises.
How much does it cost overall?
Customer service and maintenance are included in the Resthome subscription (per bed/month). Custom development is billed per engagement, on a quote produced at scoping.
