Odoo Inc. publishes its new version (currently Odoo 19). We test on staging, validate the Resthome custom modules, and plan your instance migration — always outside the INAMI billing window.
Q2 — INAMI watch & eFact cycle
INAMI typically publishes its eFact 920000 and eAgreement format adjustments between April and June. We integrate the XML schema changes into Resthome before the contractual deadline.
Q3 — Security audit & patches
Annual audit: role-based access review, NIHII certificate rotation, encrypted backup restore test, vulnerability scan on custom modules. CVE patches applied within 7 days.
Q4 — AVIQ anticipation & year-end
AVIQ publishes its criteria for the following year. We adjust dashboard indicators, verify Katz thresholds, and prepare annual accounting exports (BNB, VAT returns).

We track INAMI and CIN publications. When the format changes (920000, 931000, eAgreement), we adapt Resthome before the application deadline. No action required on your team's side.
Are major Odoo upgrades included?
Patches and minor versions (19.0 → 19.1 → 19.2) are included. Major migrations (Odoo 19 → 20) are scoped as dedicated projects, announced 3 months in advance.
Is there on-call outside business hours?
Yes, for critical production incidents (platform unreachable, massive eFact failure). Mechanism included in the Premium plan — details on request.
What happens if I don't subscribe to maintenance?
Lost INAMI/AVIQ compliance (formats evolve), unpatched flaws, gap between your Odoo version and the supported one — no support possible on incidents. Maintenance is mandatory to stay compliant.
