Getting started¶
This guide introduces you to Resthome in just a few minutes: logging in, the available apps and the dashboard.
Logging in¶
Open your browser at the address provided by your facility (for example
https://your-facility.resthome.be).Enter your email address and your password.
Click Log in.
Forgot your password?
Use the “Reset password” link on the login page, or ask your administrator.
The apps¶
Resthome is organized into apps, accessible from the main menu (the grid icon, top left):

Depending on your role (administrative, caregiver, kitchen…), you only see the apps that concern you.
The dashboard¶
The Dashboard of the MR/MRS app gives an overview:
the pending tasks (Katz to do, MDA to check, eFact batches…);
clickable counters that open the relevant list directly;
the important alerts of the month.
Tip
Click a counter (for example “Katz to do”) to open the list of items to process directly.
Finding your way around a screen¶
Left menu / top tabs: the sections of the app.
Breadcrumb (at the top): your position; click it to go back.
Gear button / Actions menu: the additional actions on the open record.
Chatter (right-hand column): the history and notes of a record.
